I can order from big name Chrome or Windows. I think about 20 years ago there was one name with Linux but no anymore. More years back you could order a PC with just BIOS, no OS installed. Yes, I am aware that I can easily remove one OS and install another. I also aware that with ARM Chromebooks it's a bit of pain due to specific firmware Google use. And point is - no OS no extra cost, big stores dump periodically their stock for really chip, yes I want that some student could grab laptop for chip and learn Linux. And yes, I think Lenovo or Dell making a lot of money from corporate customers, so could survive not talking about big name resellers.The fact that you can _order_ one from many of the big name brands refutes your claim of "why there are no Linux laptops on the market".
