I have a honor 8x which have micro usb and power suply 5v 2a, can I charge my phone with original rpi power suply which have 5v 2.5a?

I've been doing that for years with no issues. I also charge tablets that way. Liz Upton noted, some time ago, that she was running her Apple laptop from an official Pi5 PSU...pointing out that the $12 Pi5 PSU worked just as well as the $80 Apple PSU. Kind of goes to show you what kind of markup Apple uses.
