I spoke to our commercial team person who has been dealing with this. She has been speaking to the reseller. There is no need to continue posting on the forums, it will not make anything go faster. There is not even an acknowledgement from the seller.I passed on the details of your case to our sales team last week. Please be patient, these things can take time.
