What specific question do you have? Thread title is about power, but you also ask about networking and synchronisation.

If you want to talk about power you can get into the ball park with a couple of back-of-the-envelope calculations:

Requirement: power a rig of 24 Pi 4 + camera units for two hours per day.

Consumption of one Pi 4 and camera, 5V at up to 3A = 15W

Consumption of 24 Pis = 360W continuous

Power required for two hours = 720Wh

What can provide this? Here's a 983Wh portable power bank on sale for $500 (normally $900):

Ok, it's out of stock, but now you have a benchmark to compare with. You can calculate new power requirements based on new information, and you can put a price on providing that power in a remote area. The Yeti 1500X at $1300 might be a better choice, but now you know why.

There are other manufacturers of large-capacity portable power banks. You could also get a Honda generator.
