In our local shops, a Zero is the same price as a Pico and a Zero W is the same price as a Zero 2. Given the extra stuff in a Zero, I cannot see how they can justify making it for the same price as a Pico. No wonder it is hard to get outside of existing commercial customers.
Plus every Zero project I looked at ended up needing Pico analog or WiFi or the speed of the Zero 2.
