I mean - if you're a collector and you don't have one and you want to add it to your collection: go for it. But as an actual Raspberry Pi computer to use, the 3B+ is better in every way.

If you absolutely cannot have any kind of wifi interface on your single-board computer, then the Raspberry Pi 2 is perfect. For a few specialist users, this is a very important feature. But there are likely too few of those users to justify production after the end-of-life guarantee date.
