Hi.
I would be using a 45w wall charger to plug into the raspberry pi and its servo HAT and earlier the day before yesterday, I had to get a new replacement raspberry pi from the shop because the one I bought seemed to have shorted.
So before the new raspberry pi arrive, I would like to check if the raspberry pi has any inbuilt function to deal with power surges?
I understand that the computer supposedly only takes 15w, but my set up with the servo HAT requires the 45w charger and a power splitter to send power to both the computer and HAT.
I would like to check if the raspberry pi could deal with the 45w in the case of the HAT not drawing power to itself.
