According to the manual available from the link you gave, almost all the GPIO pins are used. The exceptions are GPIO 0 and 1, which are normally reserved for HAT EEPROMs. As long as the board is not a true HAT and does not have an EEPROM, it should be possible to use these two pins, though there will be extra configuration steps to disconnect the EEPROM access by the OS.
