A voltage divider is such a simple circuit - two resistors in it's most simple form - that it is not worth designing and selling a pre-made module for most uses. Also the input and output voltages and the resistor values depend on the application.

You could just solder the two resistors and three wires together and cover them with tape or heat shrink tube.
I agree. I just wanted to check with the community to make sure my online search didn't overlook any pre-mades. Thanks.
Are you sure you want 0 to 5V ?
Well, the ADC module's spec sheet says it supports 0-5V DC input and my sensor's analog output is 0-10V DC so yes I am sure. Just to be safe though I might divide the 10V a bit below 5V, say 4.8V or something. Is there a reason not to be sure?
