Just guessing here as I live in coastal Hawaii but I suspect that the RPi5's internal heat generation will keep it out of trouble in that environment. This assumes continuous operation. The problem may lie in attached devices that aren't so tolerant or make less heat. The EV problems in ultra low environments...the batteries don't like it...are a hint.
Putting the RPi in a small case that restricts heat escape might help as well.
