Flirc cases degregate Wifi a significant but not unusable amount. They have a plastic bottom cover and a slot for the SD card which is the direction the antenna fires in.
For my Pi5 that uses wireless I opted for the active cooler and a plastic honeycomb case. I don't like fans but the active cooler blower has a small and pleasant wind noise, it is much quieter than the official case fan and cools better.
It is always worth putting ferrite clamps on USB3 leads close to the Pi to reduce interference to wireless even when using internal wireless and metal case.
