General discussion • Fail2ban List

Currently, I'm using Fail2ban to protect my website. I have obtain a long list of ip address for the states.

• <Limit GET HEAD POST>
  order deny,allow
  allow from 1.0.0.0/24
  allow from 1.1.1.0/24
  allow from 1.32.232.0/21
  allow from 2.16.40.0/24
  deny from all
  </Limit>

Someting like over 10,000 ip address. How can I incorp this into fail2ban to only allow these ip address?
