Just a structural change for Raspberry Pi Ltd rather than anything ominous -Which, after IPO, I believe will turn "Raspberry Pi ListCo Ltd" into "Raspberry Pi Holdings plc" and flatten everything to -Though "Raspberry Pi Ltd" could continue to exist as a wholly owned subsidiary of "Raspberry Pi Holdings plc".
Which, as far as I can tell, structures the Raspberry Pi group as -Cessation of Raspberry Pi Foundation as a person with significant control on 23 May 2024
