General discussion • Re: 1GB RPi Zero 2W?

I love my RPi 4 1GB, but would easily replace it for a cheaper RPi Zero 2W if there was a 1GB memory option. I have never had any ram issues on the RPi 4, but my Zero 2W is another story. In a 64bit world, 512MB is just not cutting it. I really am thankful for the $35 RPi 4... It doesn't break the bank and is a good workhorse.
The 1GB RAM packages have two DRAM chips stacked together in one package. The Pi02W has the SoC and a 512MB DRAM chip stacked in one package. It would take stacking *three* chips in one package to make a 1GB Pi02W...and that just isn't going to happen.
