on the diagnostic screen look at the display line
if there all 0 then your screen is not detected
you need a legit power supply, made for pc's, not a charger made for charging batteries.
the voltage needs to be constant, no drops, chargers scale up/down to control heat.
1gb ram is not meant for desktop use, you need at least 2gb to run a browser.
